State Treasurer's Administrative Fund.

All cost recoveries, fees for services, and governmental grants received by the State Treasurer shall be maintained in a trust fund in the State treasury, to be known as the State Treasurer's Administrative Fund. Moneys in the State Treasurer's Administrative Fund may be utilized by the State Treasurer in the discharge of the duties of the office. All interest earned by the investment or deposit of moneys accumulated in the Fund shall be deposited into the Fund.
