For the purpose of this Act, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: "Commission". The Merit Commission created by this Act. "Department". Department of Human Resources of the Office of the Comptroller. "Director". Director of the Department of Human Resources of the Office of the Comptroller. "Organizational entity". An entity directly subordinate to the Comptroller.
