In this Act: "Approved program of professional nursing education" and "approved program of practical nursing education" mean programs of professional or practical nursing, respectively, approved by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation under the provisions of the Nurse Practice Act. "Commission" means the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.
