In this Act: "Commission" means the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. "Contracting agency" means an agency that the Department of Children and Family Services contracts with for the provision of child protective services. "Forgivable loan" means a higher education student loan that a person has incurred in attending a social work program approved by the Council on Social Work Education or an accredited human services degree program.
