As used in this Act: "Board" means the Board of Trustees of a State University. "Commission" means the Commission on Government Forecasting and Accountability. "State University" means the University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Illinois State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and Western Illinois University and any of their successors.
