For purposes of the Successor Agency Act and Section 9b of the State Finance Act, the Board of Trustees is the successor to the Department of Natural Resources and the Illinois Board of Natural Resources and Conservation with respect to the rights, powers, duties, property, functions, and other matters transferred by this Act.
