For the purposes of this Act, unless the context otherwise requires: "Board of Trustees" means the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. "Scientific Surveys" means, collectively, the Illinois Natural History Survey, the Illinois State Water Survey, the Illinois State Geological Survey, and the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center (formerly known as the Waste Management and Research Center) transferred by this Act from the Department of Natural Resources to the Board of Trustees.
