(was 105 ILCS 110/6) Sec. 27-230. Rules and regulations. In carrying out the powers and duties of the State Board of Education and the advisory committee established by this Act, the State Board and such committee are authorized to promulgate rules and regulations in order to implement the provisions of this Act.
