Sec. 13B-30.20. Suspension or revocation of program approval. The State Board may suspend or revoke approval of an alternative learning opportunities program under any one of the following conditions: (1) A failure to meet educational outcomes as enumerated in Section 13B-30.15 of this Code and as specified in the alternative learning opportunities grant agreement for a period of 2 or more consecutive years. (2) A failure to comply with all applicable laws as specified in this Code. (3) A failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the alternative learning opportunities grant.
