Juvenile Justice and the staff of the State Board of Education educational goals and objectives for the correctional education programs planned for or conducted by the district, along with the methods for evaluating the extent to which the goals and objectives are or have been achieved and to develop by July 1, 1973, a complete financial control system for all educational funds and programs operated by the school district.
