Illinois Code § 105 ILCS 426/5

Purpose.

It is the purpose of this Act to provide for the protection, education, and welfare of the citizens of this State; to provide for the education, protection, and welfare of the students of its private business and vocational schools; and to facilitate and promote quality education and responsible, ethical, business practices in each of the private business and vocational schools enrolling students in this State.
