Severability and inseverability.

(a) If any provision of this Act, other than Article 10, or the application
of any provision of this Act, other than a provision of Article 10, to any
person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity of that provision or
application does not affect other provisions or applications of this Act that
can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.

 
(b) Each provision of Article 10 is mutually dependent upon and inseverable
from each other provision of that Article. If any provision of Article 10 or
its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, then all of
Article 10 is invalid.

 
(c) If Article 10 or any provision of that Article or the application of
that Article or provision of that Article to any other person or circumstance
is held invalid, the invalidity of that Article or provision does not affect
any other Article of this Act or any provision of any such other Article that
can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
