Sec. 1A-65. 
Election authority guidance. 
90 days before any election, the State Board of Elections shall provide written guidance to election authorities on: (1) ballot tracking procedures and the proper terminology to be used as part of those procedures; and (2) summarizing requirements for voting, curbside voting, early voting, and vote by mail.
