destroy or deface any list of candidates posted in accordance with the provisions of The Election Code, nor, during any election or primary, knowingly deface, tear down, remove or destroy any card of instructions or specimen ballot printed and posted for the instruction of voters, nor knowingly remove or destroy any of the supplies or conveniences furnished to enable voters to prepare their ballots.
