Information acquired by the manager from employers or employees pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to disclosure according to chapter 3, title 9 , Idaho Code, and any officer or employee of the manager or of the state insurance fund who, without authority of the manager or pursuant to his rules, or as otherwise required by law, shall disclose the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
