Idaho Code § 72-1342

Disclosure of information.

Employment security information, as defined in section 9-340C (7), Idaho Code, shall be exempt from disclosure as provided in chapter 3, title 9 , Idaho Code, except that such information may be disclosed as is necessary for the proper administration of programs under this chapter or may be made available to public officials for use in the performance of official duties subject to such restrictions and fees as the director may by rule prescribe. The director may by rule prescribe the form of written, informed consent by a person that is adequate for disclosure of employment security information pertaining to that person to a third party, as provided in section 9-340C (7), Idaho Code, and the security requirements and cost provisions that apply to such disclosures.
