The provisions of this chapter prescribing powers and duties of the bureau of occupational licenses concerning regulation, examination, licensure, fees and deposit thereof for trades, occupations or professions shall be applicable only where such powers and duties are not invested by other provisions of law in any other board, commission, department or agency.
