Financial management technical development committee.

Because accounting, budgeting and financial information programs and policies are vital to the affairs of the legislative as well as the executive branch, there is hereby created a financial management technical development committee consisting of the officers listed below, which committee shall meet not less often than quarterly on the call of the chairman, to review financial information programs and policies and disapprove such programs or policies by a majority vote if deemed appropriate. The members of the committee shall be the administrator of the division of financial management who shall be chairman, the director of the department of state information systems, the administrator of the division of human resources, and the director of the legislative services office, all of whom shall be voting members.
