The director of any facility is authorized to receive therein for observation, diagnosis, evaluation, care or treatment any individual: (1) Committed to the department director pursuant to sections 16-1619 , 20-520 , 18-212 , 18-214 or 66-329 , Idaho Code; (2) Transferred pursuant to section 66-1201 , Idaho Code; or (3) Detained or transferred pursuant to section 66-326 , Idaho Code.
