(1) In all matters arising under this chapter, which are submitted to the commission for decision, order or review, procedure shall be governed by the commission's rules of practice and procedure. (2) Reconsideration of, appeal from, and stay of orders issued pursuant to this chapter shall be governed by law as for orders of the commission in other matters.
