Each member of the public utilities commission shall devote full time to the performance of his/her duties. Commencing on July 1, 2014, the annual salary of members of the public utilities commission shall be ninety-four thousand nine hundred fifty dollars ($94,950) and shall be paid from sources set by the legislature.
