Persons licensed by the EMS bureau shall be authorized to perform such acts under written or oral authorization of a licensed physician as shall be established by rules of the commission, including, but not limited to, administration of intravenous solutions and drugs, cardiac defibrillation, airway management, endotracheal intubation and other patient care.
