(1) The tenants in a floating home marina have the right to organize a tenant or homeowner's association to further their mutual interests and to conduct any other business and programs which the association shall determine. When an association is organized it shall notify the landlord. (2) The landlord must meet and confer with homeowners or their representatives, including any persons designated by a resident organization, within thirty (30) days of a request concerning: (a) Rule changes; (b) Maintenance of facilities; (c) Addition or deletion of services or facilities; or (d) Rental agreements.
