(1) Each construction management license issued under the terms of this chapter shall expire and become invalid one (1) year after issuance unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the board. (2) Upon application, the board may grant inactive status to the holder of a license who is no longer actively providing construction management services. (3) The board may provide for reinstatement of an expired or inactive license upon such terms as it may determine by rule.
