(1) The board may bring any action in the district court for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction or permanent injunction against any person who violates the provisions of this chapter or who falsely holds himself out as a respiratory care practitioner or against any person who practices or provides respiratory care in violation of this chapter. (2) Any person who falsely holds himself out as a respiratory care practitioner shall be guilty of using a method, act or practice which is declared to be unlawful under chapter 6, title 48 , Idaho Code, the Idaho consumer protection act.
