As used in this chapter: (1) "Board" means the Idaho state board of medicine. (2) "Dietitian" or "dietician" are interchangeable terms and means a person licensed under the provisions of this chapter. (3) "Licensure board" means the dietetic licensure board established by this chapter. (4) "Provisionally licensed dietitian" means a person provisionally licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
