Idaho Code § 54-301

Examination required for license.

In order to safeguard life, health, and property, and to promote the public welfare, any person practicing or offering to practice architecture, as herein defined, in the state of Idaho, shall submit evidence of his qualifications so to practice and be licensed as hereinafter provided. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, no license shall be issued until an applicant has successfully passed an examination conducted by the board of architectural examiners.
