To be eligible for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, a person must: (1) Be of good moral character; and (2) Submit a completed written application to the board on forms furnished by the board which shall require proof of graduation from a nationally accredited school, with a curriculum acceptable to the board, for physical therapists or physical therapist assistants, and have completed the application process; and (3) Have either passed to the satisfaction of the board, an examination authorized by the board to determine his or her fitness to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, or be entitled to and apply for licensure by endorsement as provided for in section 54-2211 , Idaho Code.
