(1) This chapter shall be known as the Idaho Veterinary Practice Act. (2) Except where otherwise indicated by context, in this chapter the present tense includes the past and future tenses and the future tense includes the present, each gender includes the other gender; and the singular includes the plural and the plural the singular.
