Except as otherwise agreed in writing, a brokerage owes no further duty or obligation to a client after termination of the agreed representation except: (1) Accounting for all moneys and property received by the brokerage during the representation; and (2) Maintaining the confidentiality of all information defined as confidential client information by this act.
