Upon request of the administrator, it shall be the duty of the attorney general to institute and prosecute civil enforcement actions or injunctive actions as provided in section 54-1920 , Idaho Code. The attorney general may delegate the authority and duty under this section to the prosecuting attorney of the county in which the action may arise.
