The board of pharmacy shall make, adopt, amend and repeal such rules and regulations as may be deemed necessary by the board, from time to time, for the proper administration and enforcement of this act. Such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the procedures specified in Chapter 52, Title 67 , Idaho Code, the administrative procedures act.
