Any person or organization who shall feel aggrieved by any action of the board in denying, suspending or revoking a license or certificate or certificate of authorization, as is appropriate, may appeal therefrom in accordance with the provisions of the administrative procedure act, chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code.
