Idaho Code § 46-1137

Contempts.

(1) A military judge may punish for contempt any person subject to this code who uses any disrespectful word, sign or gesture in its presence, or who disturbs its proceedings by any riot or disorder.
(2) Any person not subject to this code who engages in conduct described in subsection (1) of this section, may be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Upon certification of the facts by the military court to the prosecuting attorney of the county where the offense occurred, the prosecuting attorney shall prosecute the accused in any court of record, jurisdiction hereby being conferred upon such courts for this purpose.
