Each command of the Idaho military has court-martial jurisdiction over all persons subject to this code. General courts-martial have jurisdiction to try persons subject to this code for any offense made punishable by this code and may adjudge any of the following punishments: (1) Reprimand; (2) Fine of not more than two hundred dollars ($200); (3) Forfeiture of all pay and allowances; (4) Dismissal, bad conduct discharge, or dishonorable discharge; (5) Reduction in rank of an enlisted member to the lowest enlisted grade; or (6) Confinement in lieu of fine of not more that [than] one hundred (100) days; or (7) Any combination of the above.
