Upon receiving the report of the appraisers the directors shall fix a time and place within the district for hearing any complaint that may be made regarding the benefits appraised to any tract of land or the assessment proposed to be levied against any tract of land. A notice of such hearing shall be given as provided in section 42-3710 [, Idaho Code]. At the time and place fixed for such hearing the directors shall consider the report of the appraisers and consider and hear any objections filed or voiced thereto. The directors, by resolution, shall then reject the report of the appraisers or accept the same and ratify it with or without modification or amendments.
