(1) The trust fund of a hospital trust shall be legally liable for payment of all appropriate claims to the extent provided for in the trust agreement. (2) Funds in the trust fund are fiduciary funds and are not liable for any obligation of a member of the trust except those obligations arising from general public liability claims as more specifically provided for herein.
