Idaho Code § 41-3709

Grant or denial of registration.

(1) The director shall act upon an application for registration of a hospital trust with all reasonable promptness. He may make such investigation of the proposal as he deems advisable. If the director finds that the application is complete and that the plan meets the qualifications stated in section 41-3707 , Idaho Code, he shall issue and deliver a certificate of registration in appropriate form to the applicant; otherwise, the director shall refuse to register the plan and shall give written notice of such refusal to the applicant, stating the reasons therefor.
(2) All procedures and policies concerning the grant or denial of registration of any hospital trust are subject to the provisions of chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code, as well as the rules of practice and procedure of the department of insurance.
