Idaho Code § 41-1334

Disclosure of nonpublic personal information.

(1) No person required to be licensed or authorized pursuant to title 41 , Idaho Code, shall disclose any nonpublic personal information contrary to the provisions of title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act of 1999, public law 106-102.
(2) The director may adopt rules necessary to carry out this section. The rules shall be consistent with the provisions of title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act of 1999.
(3) Nothing in this section shall be construed to create a private cause of action.
