The provisions of sections 67-6601 through 67-6616 , Idaho Code, and sections 67-6623 through 67-6628 , Idaho Code, insofar as they relate to the reporting of campaign contributions and expenditures are hereby made applicable to all elections for county-wide highway district commissioners, except that the clerk of the board of highway district commissioners shall stand in place of the secretary of state.
