Each residential care or assisted living facility must employ at least one (1) administrator licensed by the bureau of occupational licensing, which is responsible for licensing residential care facility administrators for the state of Idaho. Multiple facilities under one (1) administrator may be allowed by the department based on an approved plan of operation.
