The director is hereby charged with the duty of enforcing the provisions of sections 37-2601 -- 37-2610 , Idaho Code, and he is hereby authorized and directed to make, amend, or rescind rules, regulations, and orders for the efficient enforcement of sections 37-2601 -- 37-2610 , Idaho Code.
