Testimony -- How taken, certified and preserved.

The testimony by deposition upon oral examination shall be taken and preserved pursuant to the provisions of the Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure. The deposition record shall be entitled "Deposition taken in the matter of the contest of the election of A.B. to the office of ....," and directed to the secretary of state, who shall preserve the same, unopened, till the meeting of the legislature.
