Idaho Code § 34-2110

Disobedience of subpoena -- Penalty.

Any person who, having been summoned in the manner above directed, refuses or neglects to attend and testify, unless prevented by sickness or unavoidable necessity, forfeits the sum of twenty dollars ($20.00), to be recovered, with costs of suit, by the party at whose instance the subpoena was issued, and for his use, and is guilty of a misdemeanor.
