Idaho Code § 33-602

Use of school property or buildings for senior citizen centers.

The board of trustees of each school district shall have the power and ability to authorize the use of any school building or real property for the operation of a senior citizen center and to establish a policy of charges, if any, to be made for such use with a group of senior citizens certified by the Idaho office [commission] on aging as being representative of senior citizens and resulting from the group having received older Americans act or state of Idaho senior services act moneys.
