The board of trustees of each school district, including a specially chartered district, maintaining an elementary or secondary school may require each school to develop a school accountability report card by June 30, 1991 and implement the same by October 15, 1991. (1) The school accountability report card may include, but is not limited to, the conditions listed in section 33-4501 , Idaho Code. A school's accountability report card, if a card is required, shall be developed with input from teachers, parents and patrons. (2) The board of trustees of each school district, including specially chartered districts, may require each school to annually issue a school accountability report card, publicize such report card and notify parents or guardians of each student that a copy will be provided upon request.
