It shall be unlawful for any person, group or organization to establish a fraternity, sorority or other secret society whose membership is comprised in whole or in part of pupils enrolled in the public elementary or secondary schools of the state, or to solicit a pupil in any such school to become a member of such organization; and no pupil enrolled in the public elementary or secondary schools shall be or become a member, or pledge himself to become a member of any such organization.
