(1) The state superintendent of public instruction shall prescribe forms and format for uniform accounting for financial and statistical reports and performance measurements to provide consistent and uniform reporting by school districts. (2) The state board of education may adopt rules pursuant to the provisions of chapter 52, title 67 , Idaho Code, and under authority of section 33-105 , Idaho Code, to provide for and implement a student information management system.
