Exclusive original jurisdiction of all actions and proceedings under this chapter is in the district court, but a judge thereof at chambers may make all necessary orders to carry out the provisions of this chapter; and the powers and jurisdiction granted district judges by section 1-901 shall apply to proceedings under this chapter.
