(1) A limited liability company shall designate and continuously maintain in this state: (a) An office, which need not be a place of its activity in this state; and (b) A registered agent. (2) A foreign limited liability company that has a certificate of authority under section 30-6-802 , Idaho Code, shall designate and continuously maintain in this state a registered agent.
